We are seeking a qualified and reliable Relief Pharmacist to provide coverage at our community pharmacy in Brighton, ON. This is an ideal opportunity for a pharmacist who values a supportive team environment and a streamlined workflow.

Our pharmacy is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, and we are looking for a professional who can seamlessly integrate into our operations to maintain our high standards. The role does not involve methadone dispensing, allowing for a focused practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide comprehensive patient counseling. Conduct medication reviews and offer proactive pharmaceutical care. Supervise and collaborate with our team of on-site pharmacy assistants. Utilize the

Fillware

pharmacy management system for all dispensing and clinical tasks. Provide vaccinations and other enhanced services as per scope of practice. Ensure full compliance with all standards set by the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).

Thursday, November 20:

9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, November 22:

9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Friday, November 28:

9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, November 29:

9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday, December 4:

9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Friday, December 6:

9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Part A Pharmacist license with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) in good standing. Injection certification is required. Proficiency with the

Fillware

pharmacy software system is a strong asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. A strong commitment to patient-centered care.
