Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Relief Pharmacist to join our team in Brantford for specific dates in October & November. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who values a collaborative and patient-focused environment without the high-pressure corporate structure.

Our pharmacy is a cornerstone of the neighborhood, and we are dedicated to providing personalized, outstanding patient care. The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional ready to step in and ensure the seamless delivery of our high-standard services.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide comprehensive patient counseling to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes. Conduct medication reviews (e.g., MedsCheck) and offer proactive pharmaceutical care. Utilize the Fillware Paperless pharmacy system for all dispensing and clinical documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting patient relationships. Collaborate effectively with our experienced, on-site pharmacy assistants to maintain smooth and efficient daily operations. Ensure full compliance with all standards set by the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).

Scope:

There won't be any methadone or injections for these shifts, allowing for a focused workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Part A Pharmacist license with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP). Proven proficiency with, or a strong ability to quickly learn, the

Fillware Paperless

software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a community pharmacy setting. A strong commitment to patient care and team collaboration.

Saturday, October 18 (10 to 6) Saturday, October 25 (10 to 6) Saturday, November 01 (10 to 6) Saturday, November 08 (10 to 6) Wednesday, November 12 (12:30 to 9) Saturday, November 15 (10 to 6)
