Job Description

WestCorp Solutions is seeking an experienced Reliability Project Manage to support a major operational readiness and maintenance strategy development initiative at one of our client's sites in Northern Saskatchewan. This role will serve as the technical lead for maintenance strategy development and will interface directly with client stakeholders.

Chartered flights from Saskatoon to client site and camp accommodations are provided when required to work on site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide overall technical and project leadership for maintenance strategy development activities Lead asset criticality analyses and ensure consistent application of risk-based methodologies Oversee development of maintenance strategies using RCM, FMECA, and task-based approaches Ensure alignment with client asset management procedures and regulatory requirements Coordinate discipline specialists (mechanical, electrical, I&C, planning) Act as primary client interface and provide regular progress reporting Ensure deliverables are practical, defensible, and ready for CMMS implementation

QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of progressive experience in reliability engineering, asset management, or maintenance strategy development within industrial process facilities Demonstrated experience leading maintenance strategy development programs end-to-end (scope, schedule, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment) Strong working knowledge of risk-based methodologies, including asset criticality analysis, RCM, FMECA, and task-based approaches Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and coordinating inputs across mechanical, electrical, I&C, and planning functions Strong client-facing communication skills, including facilitating working sessions, managing expectations, and providing clear progress reporting Experience working in a regulated environment is considered an asset Experience with asset performance management tools (Bentley AssetWise APM or similar) and CMMS readiness/implementation requirements Working knowledge of SAP PM (equipment hierarchies, task lists, Bills of Materials) and strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word) Must be able to provide and use their own laptop and mobile device for this contract
