VisitThe Reliability Engineer, as part of the Asset Management team, plays a vital role in enhancing the reliability, performance, and life cycle management of critical equipment assets. This role involves analyzing equipment performance data, implementing predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize asset reliability, availability, and maintainability. The engineer will conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA), develop corrective action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime, reduce maintenance costs, and improve asset performance.Working closely with the broader Asset Management team, the engineer ensures alignment with the overall asset management strategy, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ultimate objective is to maximize the operational life of key assets, improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and contribute to the success of the asset management program.Will also lead and mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
