We invite you to use your skills with us and contribute to something meaningful and enduring.The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our Reliability Engineering team in Long HarbourThis is a permanent on-site position, working a 4x10s schedule (Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday)As a Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for delivering improved performance of the assets by implementing and optimizing the reliability program for the Long Harbour Site.Additionally, in this position you will:

  • Identify and address asset reliability issues in the operations ensuring best practices for asset uptime are standardized and shared across the business. Work with management teams to ensure compliance to the reliability program and that asset reliability risks are identified and mitigated appropriately.
  • Provide recommendations on strategic investment in equipment, technology and initiatives to optimize asset value.
  • Collaborate with management teams and key stakeholders in development of budgets as well as production and shutdown plans.
  • Develop the Asset Strategy (Identifying asset criticality to the business, setting service strategy based on performance required, and driving reliability and cost-effective lifecycle management) using tools like RCM and FMECAs. Strategies cover routine and integrity and are part of baseline strategy review and developed for new assets as part of operational readiness.
  • Design the work methods to support the service strategies and foreseeable corrective work activities through the life cycle of the asset. This includes optimizing task method and sequencing of work to provide the safest and most efficient execution of work.
  • Conduct Reliability Analysis (ex, RCA) and Improvement (Analyzing trends, KPIs \xe2\x80\x93 MTTR/MTBF, data analysis, bad actor failure analysis and optimization)
About YouEducation:
  • Undergraduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng)
Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of Reliability/Maintenance experience
Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Software skills in Microsoft Office products and CMMS systems (SAP).
