The Opportunity:

In business for over 35 years, PBS is the third largest DMS (Dealership Management System) provider to the North American retail automotive industry. Each month we welcome hundreds of new users to our software platform, and we need your help.

The Role:
As a Release Specialist, you will confirm the deployment plan is followed and that all deliverables have been completed in line with the release dates and deadlines. You will be expected to coordinate and support our customers in their transition to the latest technology in the DMS industry as well as manage communications, update schedules, contact lists and approvals. You will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies. This role provides the opportunity to work individually and within a team in a fast-paced changing development environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, and schedule software updates for v10 customers
Maintain release operations schedule for all PBS products (v10, Mobile, WS/PH, etc.)
Document and communicate all changes for a version in release notes which are published to both the internal teams and the clients
Help manage all aspects of translation requests from initial assessment to final delivery
Attends planning, kick-off, and silo update meetings
Main point of contact for the client leading up to the transition
Escalate critical issues to management in a timely fashion
Build/maintain productive, meaningful relationships with clients
Act as a v10 product expert within the company
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or dealership experience will be considered an asset
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit - web
Solid computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility in working hours to adjust to clients' time zones and needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective self-starter and strong team player

Solid analytical and organizational skills
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
