Checking JIRA Dashboard for Project scope and Releases.


Set up release readiness calls with all the stakeholders on weekly basis.


By looking at the JIRA dashboard, discuss about the priority releases with application team on their readiness for the release.


Like Release Scope, Signoffs and Complete Runbook with commit IDs.


Review the Runbook and make sure that correct commit IDs are given in the Runbook.


Creating a skeleton Change Request in ServiceNow with help of App team.


Assigning Child Tasks to different teams for their support for implementation/release.


Review the Change Request with App team and we need to make sure that we have filled the correct information and right justifications for release and finally submit the Change Request.


Follow up with different stakeholders for CR(Change Request) approvals.


Attending CAB meetings and provide the business justification and impact.


Set up Bridge call for Release with all required stakeholders.


During release call, Coordinate with all the Stakeholders/teams for their assigned CTASK as per the Runbook for the deployment.


Deploy CDK Stacks to production.


Once deployment is completed, Communicate with all the stakeholders on the deployment status.


After the deployment, we need to make sure to close all the CTASKs and CR.
