Duties

Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar assistant role or administrative position is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English;
Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor.
Familiarity with sales processes and experience in upselling is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively.
