Relationship Manager - Desjardins Agent Team Member

Responsibilities:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Specifically focused on all billing items. As a relationship Manager, you will need to manage all billing concerns, collect payments, drive to the bank to make deposits, Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Assist with thank you cards. Assist with various seasonal promotions. Take minutes at meetings. Some small tasks assigned by Eric Gruscyk. (Personal assistant type tasks as they come up).

Requirements:

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Proactive in problem-solving Dedicated to customer service Ability to multi-task Ability to make presentations to potential customers
