Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager, Locations Division, is a key contributor to the overall success of the Sales Department by meeting team financial and non-financial metrics (such as exemplary client service) and supporting the Director of Sales in the management of a large portfolio of new and existing accounts. In addition, this role is an integral piece to the operational success, working to ensure communication and sound understanding of product options, availability and delivery requirements match the sale to our clients. The Relationship Manager is a guru for communication and relationship building internally and externally to ensure a successful sales cycle, start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility to manage the relationship between our clients in order to sustain long-term successful business within the Locations Division, offering rentals of Washroom and Lunch Trailers
Act as liaison and guide for Accounts by serving as their primary point of contact - "Be The Face" - engage with and interact with accounts through regular communication and occasional site visits
Identify new strategies and techniques to increase sales with existing accounts and seek out new sales opportunities with new customers
Develop clear understanding of individual client needs and preferences and collaborate with the operations team to facilitate top-tier customer service throughout all deal stages
Own process throughout deal stages from initial contact to wrap-out and closing of account
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM software and across full deal stages, from prospecting, throughout the sale, and scheduled follow-up for feedback and future opportunities
Maintain up-to-date records of available equipment to drive fleet utilization across all product categories
Sound understanding of the Company's products and services in order to arrange the right equipment at the right time for our clients
Work interdepartmentally to ensure equipment availability and address any equipment inquiries with accuracy
Striving for 100% client retention, increasing profitability per client and the continual nurturing and growth of a client
Communicate, lead and support other team members and departments to ensure they understand client needs and the client delivery requirements for optimal success
Openly support change and drive new sales processes through modernization, where required
Work with AR from time to time to help pick up payment
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
Sound knowledge of our business and the needs of the production industry clients
Understanding of team dynamics and collective goals
Proven achievement in sales and client service with a minimum 5 years of experience
Existing relationships within Film and TV productions is an asset
