This position is required to work in the Vulcan branch office.

This role will be supporting the communities surrounding Vulcan such as: Vulcan, Nanton, High River and Okotoks.

Reporting to a Team Leader Lending, the Relationship Manager Lending is responsible to provide lending expertise coupled with basic knowledge of specific AFSC products and some acquired knowledge of the clients\xe2\x80\x99 business/operations in providing such support.

  • Expand and develop your subject matter expertise in agricultural and commercial lending.
  • Leadership and mentorship role within the Lending Team.

What will you be responsible for?
  • You will be responsible for the growth and management of a lending portfolio.
  • Prepare and submit quality loan submissions supported by strong financial analysis and risk mitigation.
  • Enhanced client interactions using in person and digital platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum: Related Diploma and two (2) years related experience

Preferred: Related University Degree and four (4) years related experience

Candidates may be considered based on a combination of education and related experience.
