Job Description
Reporting to a Team Leader Lending, the Relationship Manager Lending is responsible to provide lending expertise coupled with basic knowledge of specific AFSC products and some acquired knowledge of the clients\' business/operations in providing such support.

- Expand and develop your subject matter expertise in agricultural and commercial lending.
- Leadership and mentorship role within the Lending Team.
- Participation in in-house and outside developmental learning opportunities.
- You will be responsible for the growth and management of a lending portfolio.
- Prepare and submit quality loan submissions supported by strong financial analysis and risk mitigation.
- Enhanced client interactions using in person and digital platforms.
- An excellent communicator who works collaboratively with key partners within and outside of AFSC.
- A results focused and accountable individual that enjoys working with a portfolio of clients.
- Advanced credit underwriting and risk assessment skills.

Minimum: Related Diploma and two (2) years related experience
Preferred: Related University Degree and four (4) years related experience
