We are currently seeking a qualified banking professional for the Relationship Manager, Corporate & Commercial Banking .

Areas of Responsibility

1. Acquire and maintain small business loan clients for the bank

2. Perform various financing activities as per customer's requirement handling products like Working capital, Term Loan.

3. Create lending proposals for commercial and business banking clients. Use credit knowledge and knowledge of various products for deal structuring

4. Achieve individual sales targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance

5. Ensure stability of income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients

6. Increase wallet share by 360 degree focus on customer relationship and cross selling products to the customer viz. trade finance, current accounts, deposits and facilitating other liability opportunities with India diaspora in Canada

7. Manage relationship with customer by increasing the book size

8. Monitor portfolio quality and take proactive corrective actions

9. Origination, structuring and end to end delivery of the Business Banking solutions for Diaspora Clients to maximize overall relationship to the Group

10. Work with various internal departments and ensure customer enquiries, concerns and complaints are timely resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

11. Ensure high service standards are maintained, including meeting expected turnaround times

12. Adhering to regulatory and internal Bank requirements including anti-money laundering/anti-terrorist financing and compliance criteria, while being cognizant of local regulatory parameters

13. Completing loan and security documentations and disbursement including getting necessary approvals for effecting disbursement

14. Resolution of pending compliances and ensuring to do timely annual renewal of accounts in portfolio

15. Any other duty as assigned
