## About the Role
As ATB's next Agriculture Relationship Manager, you'll be working with a team of ATB Business associates and partners and is responsible for increasing and retaining agriculture business based on annual growth targets, and increasing the profitability of a specified portfolio of ATB Agriculture customers. The Relationship Manager excels at proactively developing new opportunities while retaining and growing existing relationships.
At the heart of it, you are a relationship builder and connector who thrives on supporting the needs of our agriculture clients in the province. A strong passion for the agriculture industry. You aim to become a trusted advisor through consistent support and a genuine desire to understand where our clients are, where they came from and where they are going. The territory for this position will be around the geographic area of Vulcan, Alberta. This is a flexible work from home role with the ideal candidate being located somewhere within a reasonable commuting distancing.
