Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline Two or more years of reimbursement navigation experience involving private and public payers is required. Two or more years of related pharmacy experience an asset. Organized with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy. Excellent knowledge of Canadian drug reimbursement landscape Knowledge of pharmacy operations Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent time management skills Strong attention to detail a priority.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent customer services skills Understanding of provincial and private drug coverage criteria Familiarity with the Special Authorization process for both public and private insurance in assigned territory. Strong computer and technical skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, tablets, web-portals/internet use Experience with Kroll Pharmacy Management System is an asset. Making decisions using sound judgment, and meeting deadlines. Accurate data collection and data integrity Ease with working in a paperless environment. Ability to drive for results. Proven ability to work in a team environment.
