As the Manager Production, Reigning Champ, you will deliver the highest quality product through your manufacturing knowledge and proactive and collaborative communications with cross-functional teams and vendors. THE ROLE 
 As the Manager, Production, you will: 
 Understand our assortment & business to support in the building of a production plan that accelerates Reigning Champ's growth 
 Support the team to develop the highest quality product against defined standards, using industry leading practices 
 Support the team in their negotiations to secure the best possible production lead-times without compromising quality 
 Support the team in their negotiations to secure the best possible production margins without compromising quality or lead-times 
 Ensure world-class execution, delivering high quality, timely, and cost-effective products 
 THE QUALIFICATION 
 The Manager, Production, has: 
 Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience 
 Comfort and/or interest in order management technology (PLM, ERP) 
 A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles 
 The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners. 
 A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business 
 THE COMPENSATION 
 The typical hiring range for this position is $85,000 - 120,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
