We are currently looking for a part-time RSW to join our Multidisciplinary clinics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to join a growing healthcare organization and build their career.

Position Summary:

As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will assist regulated healthcare professionals in implementing treatment plans and rehabilitation programs for clients. Your support will help clients achieve their physical, cognitive, and emotional goals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a commitment to helping individuals improve their quality of life.

This position involves:

In-person work at the clinic

Client visits in their homes (community-based support)

Attendance at virtual team meetings as scheduled

Key Responsibilities:

Support clients during therapy sessions as directed by clinicians. Assist with implementing customized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises. Monitor and document client progress and provide feedback to the clinical team. Help clients with activities of daily living and mobility training as needed. Provide culturally sensitive care and communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment. Provide translation/interpretation in Cantonese and/or Mandarin as needed to facilitate communication between clients and staff.

Qualifications:

Completion of a Rehabilitation Assistant/Support Worker program or related healthcare background preferred. Experience working in a clinical, rehabilitation, or healthcare setting is an asset. Ability to work independently in clients' homes with professionalism and confidence. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is strongly preferred. Current First Aid and CPR certification. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (for in-home visits).

SALARY RANGE: Based on experience.
