Education
-------------College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Work setting
----------------Nursing home/home for the aged Geriatrics
Tasks
---------Carry out treatment programs, under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists, to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities Follow through on treatment programs with patients Clean and maintain equipment Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies Maintain clinical and progress reports Document patient rehabilitation progress Process files and paperwork Schedule and confirm appointments Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients
