Job Description

Directly accountable to the OT/PT. Implements the maintenance of patient programming under the direction of the OT/PT Communicate changes in resident abilities and function to the OT/PT to complete the program assigned. Prepares apparatus and equipment required for the program. Records resident participation in the programs. In the interest of the safety of residents and family members, employees while on duty are accountable to carry out all duties assigned within the scope of their job in compliance with applicable legislation, standards and company policy. Completes tasks as assigned by the OT/PT for the benefit of the resident which is not limited to the above.
