About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic

Rehabilitation Assistant (RA)

to support a

2-year-old child

receiving occupational therapy services. The RA will work under the direct supervision of an Occupational Therapist to implement therapeutic activities that promote the child's developmental milestones, independence, and engagement in play-based learning.

Client Care:

Assist in implementing individualized rehabilitation plans as designed by the Occupational Therapist. Encourage age-appropriate engagement, communication, and social interaction. Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for the child's therapy sessions. Record observations and report changes or concerns in the child's progress to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Monitor and document clients' progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the Occupational Therapist.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the Occupational Therapist and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care. Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
