Job Description


Join Ecolab\xe2\x80\x99s industry leading Healthcare Team as an Associate Regulatory Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Data and Labeling. Ecolab is looking for a detailed self-starter to support the Global Healthcare organization with a primary focus on data management and governance of product regulatory information across multiple global Healthcare businesses.

What You Will Do:

Own Regulatory Master Data management activities for one or more Healthcare businesses

Lead cross-functional groups in the collection and management of data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Quality Management Systems

Provide guidance and support to cross-functional data owners and system users to ensure data accuracy and control

Supports labeling activities for new product and sustaining projects

Manage various data and labeling projects

Provide problem resolution for complex system/data issues

Lead and assist other team members in system functions and data or file needs as back-up system administrator

Follow and help enforce governance requirements for software, integrations and business process requirements to maintain the validated state of the system and ensure compliance

Facilitate SKU related data reporting processes to GS1 (GDSN), FDA (GUDID and FURLS) and EUDAMED

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent qualification

Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in a medical device business

Experience working with medical device data and labeling processes

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to create, implement, continuously improve, and optimize processes in a changing regulated environment

Experience in UDI, FDA and MDR-relevant data requirements

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Ability to develop databases, tables, views, and stored procedures to analyze and transform data. Proficient with common functions & methodologies across analytical tools

Experience with Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat), Bartender, Master Control and SQL server systems

Problem-solving mindset and ability to deal with ambiguity

Self-motivated and results driven

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization

Organizational and project management skills

System and process oriented, history of success in demanding project environments

Other Requirements:

Ability to travel as needed (up to 10% travel)
