Regulatory Affairs Specialist
to join our Regulatory and Quality Compliance team. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will be a regulatory professional who can help us navigate Health Canada and international compliance requirements with confidence and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit product license applications, notifications, and amendments (NPNs Class I-III).
Maintain compliance with Health Canada, FDA, and other international regulatory requirements.
Review product formulations, labelling, and marketing materials for regulatory accuracy.
Liaise with regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries or deficiency letters.
Support cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing) with regulatory guidance.
Track and manage regulatory submissions, renewals, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in regulatory affairs in natural health products or pharmaceuticals.
Strong understanding of Health Canada's natural health product regulatory frameworks (NHPR).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
