Job Description

Who Are We?The drug overdose crisis continues to have devastating impacts on Canadian communities and families through high rates of overdoses and deaths. FairPrice Pharma aims to tackle this issue head on by providing an alternative to the toxic illegal drug supply though prescribed medications with the goal of preventing overdoses and saving lives!Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides varied administrative and secretarial support by drafting routine and non-routine correspondence, reports, and completing data entry
  • Researches, organizes, and summarizes support materials. Independently generates complex and detailed reports and presentations.
  • Develops and implements new work methods and procedures. Identifies problems, develops alternate solutions, and implements changes.
  • Performs record management duties such as setting up and maintaining numeric, alphabetical, and subject filing systems and databases, indexing files and materials to be filed, and conducting file searches for requested information.
  • Responsible for providing support in the preparation of routine regulatory submissions
  • Performs filing and data retrieval functions as directed
  • Works to develop and acquire required regulatory skills and knowledge.
  • Train on and use a document management application (Certara)
  • Assist in the review of documents (e.g., Operating procedures, research documents)
  • Read and utilize research papers for writing up summaries
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and documents in support of regulatory applications, regulatory audits, regulatory reports, and other regulatory filings which are accurate, timely, and professionally formatted.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
  • Strong organization skills along with the ability to work on a complex project with tight timelines is required.
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and quality is a must.
  • Self sufficient and driven
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of role of Regulatory Affairs and regulatory requirements in a limited number of areas is required.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Ability to distil concepts with many moving parts to an organized and simplified process.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per yearBenefits:

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
