Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations, with experience in hospital settings being highly desirable. Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. Maintain medication inventory by checking stock, placing orders, and managing expiration dates. Provide exceptional patient care by answering questions and addressing concerns related to medications. Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients. Support medication administration processes, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Document all relevant information accurately in patient records and pharmacy systems. Requirements

Strong understanding of medical terminology and pharmacy practices. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and customer service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Certification as a Pharmacy Technician; willingness to obtain certification is essential. Must be able to pass any required background checks or screenings as mandated by healthcare regulations.
