We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team. This role involves providing services in areas such as Motor Vehicles, Corporate Registry, Vital Statistics, Land Titles, Personal Property Registry, and Alberta Health Care.
Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent customer service and support
Process transactions with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain confidentiality of client information and security of databases
Handle filing, document organization, and record keeping
Follow set procedures, keeping up to date on new policies
Use designated support and manuals to locate information
Complete required and on going training
Skills/Qualifications
Strong data entry and computer skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions
Clerical experience in an office setting preferred, including filing and administrative support
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and basic office equipment operation
Ability to proofread documents carefully for accuracy
Be able to work as a team, provide support to other clerks
Able to adapt to needs of diverse clientele
Speak, write and understand English
Must be 18 years of age or older
Provide satisfactory Criminal Record Check
