Overview

We're looking for two registration representatives to register all referrals and admissions of clients to programs or services in the external network of health care services providers and other contracted providers. If you enjoy assisting others by accepting referrals, booking, and confirming appointments, we want to hear from you.

At this time, this is a hybrid position where you will work primarily at home and may be required to be on-site once per quarter at our Richmond office.

What you'll do

As a registration representative you will:

• Use an online booking and scheduling system to facilitate the registration process for clients by receiving and entering all referrals from claims staff, scheduling the admission/assessment dates, confirming appointments, and ensuring all client requirements are met, and mailing appointment information to clients
• Type various correspondence
• Photocopy files and faxes

Your experience and educational background:

• A minimum of grade 12 education
• A minimum of six months of recent, related work experience in a clerical role
