As a Registration Clerk at Georgian Bay General Hospital (GBGH), you will be responsible to accurately register all emergency and ambulatory care patients in a pleasant, professional, confidential and sensitive manner upon registration to the hospital. As well, the Registration Clerk will perform other general clerical duties, function as unit clerk for Emergency Department where possible, and relieve the switchboard operator. This position contributes to the shared responsibility of ensuring health and safety policies are followed to provide for a healthy environment for staff, physicians, volunteers, learners, patients and families.
