Registered X Ray Technologist
Job Description
As a member of the healthcare team, the Registered X-Ray Technologist coordinates, performs and evaluates diagnostic imaging examinations within the specific discipline, provides patient-care to meet the clients needs and guides/directs clinical and technical associates, follows "Standards of Practice" as outlined from the College of Medical Radiation Technologists and performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative to apply and prescribe ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis.
Qualifications * Registered Technologist
2. Member in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation Technologist
3. Registered with CAMRT
4. Minimum 2 years hospital experience preferred
5. Previous CT experience preferred
6. CT Imaging Certificate preferred.
