Registered Veterinary Technician
Woodlands Veterinary and Animal Dental Centre is looking for a full time Registered Veterinary Technologist. Qualifications
Valid Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license Strong knowledge of animal anatomy and physiology Proficiency in laboratory techniques and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in handling and caring for various animal species Familiarity with veterinary software and record-keeping systems
Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians in diagnosing and treating animal health issues. Perform laboratory tests and analyze samples to support veterinary care. Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by the veterinarian. Monitor and record patient vital signs and behavior. Prepare animals for surgery and assist during procedures. Educate pet owners on proper care and treatment protocols.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
