Nelson Animal Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic part-time RVT to join our team! We are a family-owned practice in beautiful Burlington focused on providing exceptional service and quality care to dogs, cats, and pocket pets.

We are looking for a great communicator who enjoys educating clients about the care of their pets. You will be joining a team of experienced RVTs who are passionate about their jobs and always willing to teach and learn from others. New graduates are welcome to apply!

Our hospital is equipped with digital radiographs, digital dental radiographs, therapeutic laser, in-house blood and urine machines, and anesthetic monitoring machines. Your day will be a mix of assisting veterinarians with appointments, monitoring anesthesia, providing treatments for hospitalized patients, and performing various technician appointments.

Work-life balance is a priority for our staff members and we are willing to work with the ideal candidate to develop a schedule that works for the whole RVT team. The majority of RVT shifts are between the hours of 8am-6pm, with one shift until 8pm. Saturday shifts are 9am-noon and on a 1 in 3 or less rotation.
