Position Overview

We're seeking a compassionate, experienced

Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW)

to provide individual therapy for adults experiencing stress, anxiety, mood disorders, burnout, life transitions, or cultural adjustment. You'll receive consistent internal referrals from our medical providers, along with full administrative and marketing support.

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and counselling (CBT, DBT, ACT, or trauma-informed approaches, or other approaches as the situation demands) Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records Coordinate with referring providers where appropriate Participate in case discussions and quality-of-care initiatives

Qualifications

Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred Competence with adult mental-health issues and short-term, goal-focused therapy Strong communication skills and commitment to ethical, client-centred care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $42.82-$148.07 per hour
