Our busy and client focused sleep clinic is in search of a Registered Respiratory Therapist to start immediately to work in our Sussex Clinic.
East Coast Sleep Clinic is seeking an upbeat professional who loves a busy and detail-oriented work environment. As the Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will assist our team with sleep diagnostics, CPAP therapy and CPAP and respiratory equipment sales- for in person and remote clients. You will support the rest of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the organization. A great communicator with a positive and friendly attitude is a must with clients and colleagues.
You will have an opportunity to work from home one day a week. Flexible vacation schedule and paid days off are offered as well.
Registered Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
Sleep Diagnostics CPAP Therapy CPAP & Respiratory Equipment Sales Working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Charting/Documenting Patient Charts Answering busy phone lines & making phone calls Coordinating Appointments for our patients Cleaning and sanitizing of the equipment Manage inventory Patient Support Taking initiative to proactively approach and take on decisions without being prompted by direct supervision Applying honesty and ethical standards of behavior to your daily work activities
Requirements for Eligibility:
Completed an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program Successful completion of the Canadian Board of Respiratory Care Credentialing Exam Excellent computer program skills: Excel, Word Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) would be an asset Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Confident and pleasant communication skills Bilingual (English and French) an asset
Experience with Sleep Health is considered asset. Those applying need to be willing to take the Certification in Clinical Sleep Health.

Salary is based upon qualifications and experience.
