Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

to our growing team. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Sleep Therapy Consultant

plays a key role in supporting individuals living with sleep apnea by developing tailored treatment plans, offering patient education, and providing ongoing follow-up to ensure the best possible care outcomes. In addition, this role supports the promotion and provision of medical devices and related services.

Primary Responsibilities

Deliver ongoing respiratory care including screening, assessment, and follow-up for patients with sleep-related breathing disorders. Interpret reports and collaborate with physicians to create effective treatment strategies. Provide set-up, training, and troubleshooting for CPAP and other respiratory equipment. Educate patients and families on therapy use, monitoring, and long-term success. Recommend modifications to therapy plans when necessary to improve results. Flag and report concerns about patient therapy to the prescribing physician. Assist with completion of funding paperwork and guide patients through funding options and eligibility. Support other business functions, including staff development and customer service in store operations. Contribute to the YourCPAPStore.ca online platform by handling patient inquiries, processing orders, and updating content.
Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist credential (preferred) Active membership with the

CRTO

(preferred) Current First Aid & CPR-C certification CPAP/clinical experience in sleep therapy (preferred) Background in homecare or healthcare sales an asset Strong knowledge of CPAP equipment and sleep therapy solutions Familiarity with CPAP software platforms (e.g., AirView, CareOrchestrator) Experience with

ADP funding

processes (preferred) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clinics and physicians Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Education & Experience

Advanced Diploma in Respiratory Therapy Minimum one year of CPAP clinical experience (preferred)

Experience:

Previous clinical CPAP: 1 year (preferred) CPAP and Sleep Therapy products: 1 year (preferred) Assistive Devices Program (ADP): 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Valid First Aid and CPR-C Certification (preferred) Active member of the CRTO (preferred) Registered Respiratory Therapist designation (preferred)
Work Location: In person
