North GTA Health Centre is a multidisciplinary clinic with both a medical and rehab team. We are a collaborative group of healthcare professionals including; physicians, chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, and acupuncturists. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Physiotherapist to join our team.

What we're looking for:

An evidence based Physiotherapist who enjoys their full scope Motivated and hard working individual wanting to develop their patient base. Ability to work in a team setting A positive and outgoing attitude Conduct thorough examinations, including reviewing patients' medical history and performing physical assessments Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and other healthcare professionals Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goals Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, and exercises to improve their overall well-being Utilize various techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy, and therapeutic exercises Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records with provided EMR

Qualifications

Master/Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree Valid license to practice Physiotherapy in Ontario, Canada In good standing with college of Physiotherapists of Ontario Strong manual therapy skills along with rehab exercise knowledge Acupuncture/cupping/soft tissue modalities is an asset Pelvic Health Level 1, 2 and 3 is an asset Certification in concussion management is an asset
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

Licence/Certification:

Physiotherapy License in Ontario (required)
