male Psychotherapist

to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health care, particularly with children and adolescents, and a deep commitment to providing high-quality, culturally sensitive therapeutic services.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health and emotional needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Provide psychotherapy sessions to children and adolescents in various settings. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including data collection and case management. Engage in research activities to enhance therapeutic practices and contribute to the field of mental health. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Skills

Experience working with children and understanding their unique psychological needs. Ability to navigate interdisciplinary teams Registration with a recognized professional body (CRPO) Strong case management skills to coordinate care effectively for patients. Understanding of special education principles as they relate to therapy for children with diverse needs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
