We are looking for a
motivated and caring Psychotherapist
to join our expanding team, providing high-quality therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and young adults at our
London and St. Thomas offices
. In this role, you will play an important part in helping young people navigate life's challenges while developing skills that support long-term growth and resilience. Experience working with
neurodivergent children and teens
is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
in-person individual therapy
to children and teens experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, or low self-esteem.
Conduct
clinical assessments
and develop
personalized treatment plans
based on each client's goals and needs.
Collaborate
with families, schools, and other professionals (as needed) to promote holistic care and support.
Maintain
accurate documentation
and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Participate in
program development
and
community outreach
initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field (Psychotherapy).
Registered with CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario).
Minimum 1 year of experience
providing therapy or support services to children and adolescents.
Formal training in evidence-based practices
, such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
Experience working with
neurodivergent youth
is an asset.

Schedule:
Evening shifts (Monday to Friday) and/or select weekend hours, as arranged with management
