Founded on the principle that a Practitioner who is highly supported, is one who can provide the highest quality care, Niilo Wellness is a growing psychotherapy practice in Guelph, Ontario and is seeking compassionate and highly skilled Psychotherapists to join our team.

Registered Psychotherapist (RP, RP Qualifying)

Registered Social Worker (MSW)

We are specifically interested in, but not limited to, welcoming a therapist who focuses on providing

in-person

therapy sessions with

individuals, couples, and families,

with a strong emphasis on family and relationship counselling as this is a current need.

We are looking to partner with compassionate practitioners who operate at a high level of professional integrity, with their registration in good standing with the applicable designated colleges, and have current liability insurance.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who are seeking mentorship and support while growing their client base, as well as for those who are wanting to transition to a practice that will allow for a more profitable and empowering environment to prevent and/or recover from practitioner burnout.

What we are offering:

Flexible Independent Contractor Affiliate contracts based upon how many hours a week you want A higher than average rate spilt percentage (70/30) in the Affiliates favour, with monthly cap Full Clinic Management including Online Client Booking, Website & Social Media Marketing Clinical Supervision & Personal Development Support

About our space:

Convenient central location for those local or commuting to Guelph, within the University of Guelph core area, & easily accessible by public transit Located in the bright lower level of an environmentally sustainable & solar powered building, a newly renovated warm & welcoming atmosphere with furnished rooms. Free Client and Practitioner parking in a dedicated lot in addition to surrounding 2hr free street parking Niilo Affiliate Lounge & Kitchen is central within the space allowing for a comfortable place to unwind between clients & connect with other practitioners
