Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Assessment:
Conduct intake interviews, diagnostic evaluations, and psychological assessments (for psychologists).
Develop and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the client and interdisciplinary team.
Collaboration:
Participate in case discussions and coordinate care with physicians, nurses, addiction counsellors, and other providers.
Documentation:
Maintain thorough and confidential clinical records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Professional Development:
Engage in ongoing learning and skill enhancement through our Brick House psychoeducation series and case conferences.
EFAP Services:
Opportunity to participate in developing and providing Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) services for diverse employers

Qualifications:
Psychologist Applicants:
Master's or PhD in Clinical or Counselling Psychology; registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
Therapist / Counsellor Applicants:
Recognized qualifications in counselling, social work, or a related program; registered (or eligible) with a relevant regulatory body in Alberta.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (addiction/concurrent disorders preferred).
Strong understanding of evidence-based treatments for substance use and mental health conditions.
Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation:
Independent Contractor Role:
Competitive split in billings.
