Join a values-driven, trauma-informed private practice supporting families, children, and relationships that matter. We are a niche boutique practice that works collaboratively together. A good fit is incredibly important.
Are you passionate about helping people deepen connection, build emotional resilience, and grow through the hard stuff? We're expanding our team and looking for
two skilled clinicians
to join our warm, collaborative, and purpose-led practice:
A
Registered Child Psychologist
experienced in play-based, trauma-informed work with children and their families.
A
Couples Therapist
(Registered Psychologist, Provisional Registered Psychologist or CCC) with strong relational therapy training and experience working with complex couple dynamics.
Who You Are:
You're clinically solid, emotionally attuned, and ethically grounded.
You're passionate about relational work -- whether with little ones and their caregivers or with adult couples navigating disconnection, conflict, or life transitions.
You bring curiosity, compassion, and structure into the therapy room.
You're comfortable working independently but value being part of a supportive team.
You're registered and in good standing with your regulatory body (Psychologist, CCC, etc.)
What We Offer:
A full caseload of aligned referrals
(no random pairings here -- we send clients who fit your niche and strengths)
Flexible scheduling
-- you choose your hours, in-person and/or virtual
Beautiful, calming office space
designed with clients and clinicians in mind
Strong admin support
-- we handle intakes, booking, billing, and reminders
A collaborative team culture
with case consults, peer support, and group training
Clinical autonomy with support when needed
Opportunities for growth
-- groups, workshops, and your creative ideas welcome
Position Details:
Contractor role -- competitive split or hourly rate depending on preference
Must be available to see a minimum of 10-15 clients/week (more if desired)
A Good Fit for Our Team:
We're a professional, friendly, and fun team -- and we're looking for clinicians who bring the same energy. You'll be a great fit if:
You're clinically solid, but not rigid -- you bring warmth, humour, and humanity into your sessions.
You're confident in your skills but always open to learning and collaboration.
You value integrity, kindness, and showing up for your clients and teammates.
You enjoy being part of a team that supports each other and occasionally sends memes between sessions.
You're looking for a sustainable, meaningful caseload -- not just a place to log hours.
You love the team vibe and are looking for a work home with some pretty awesome people.
