Therapists Wanted -- Join ShiftGrit Psychology & Counselling (Calgary)

Part-time | 15-30 hours/week | In-Person | R. Psych, Provisional, or RSW

ShiftGrit Psychology & Counselling is expanding in Calgary--and we're hiring therapists ready to be part of something bigger. Our clinicians are trained in a structured, evidence-aligned method that focuses on reconditioning core patterns--not just coping with symptoms.

Registered Psychologists, Provisional Psychologists

, and

Registered Social Workers

What We're Looking For

Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Social Work Registration (or eligibility) with CAP or ACSW Strong writing and communication skills Tech capable (JaneApp, email, note-taking, etc.) Based in Calgary or willing to relocate Legally eligible to work in Canada

Compensation

$90.00-$115.00 per clinical hour

, depending on experience, schedule, registration status, and client load.
