Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessment, intervention, and treatment to a diverse client population.

Maintain a full caseload with flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance.

Engage in regular case consultations with colleagues and clinical supervisors to ensure best practices and collaborative care.

Participate in and contribute to community cultural events, fostering relationships and supporting community mental health initiatives.

Offer supervision and mentorship to provisional psychologists, interns, or other clinical staff as appropriate.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver integrated care.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.

Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality requirements at all times.

Attend agency meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.

Access scholarships for specialized training (Somatic Therapy, EMDR, IFOT) and participate in free Indigenous awareness trainings provided throughout the year.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive 70/30 fee split (Psychologist retains 70% of billed services).

Qualifications:

Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology.

Current registration and good standing with provincial regulatory body (e.g., College of Psychologists).

Experience providing psychological cultural safe support and therapy to individuals, couples, or families.

Commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Experience or interest in community engagement and cultural events is an asset.

Training or interest in Somatic Therapy, EMDR, IFOT, or Indigenous awareness is an asset.
