passionate about supporting a 12 year old girl who is a twin. The role involves providing one-on-one therapy to an adolescent struggling with negative self-talk, comparison, low self-esteem, and emotional dysregulation. The clinician will help clients identify unhelpful thinking patterns, build healthier coping skills, and strengthen confidence and relationships. Collaboration with parents and, when appropriate, schools or other supports is encouraged to ensure consistent progress.
Qualifications:
Registered and in good standing with the
College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO)
Experience with
CBT, DBT, and adolescent mental health
Warm, collaborative approach and strong communication skills
Compensation:
$130-$160/hour
Scheduling:
Mondays after 5:00
The first two sessions will be held in person to build rapport, after which sessions can take place virtually, with in-person meetings scheduled every 4-6 weeks.
