Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine individual needs. Administer medications and injections accurately while adhering to safety protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality. Manage IV infusions, catheterizations, tube feedings, and ventilator support with precision and aseptic technique. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth for accurate medical documentation and medical records management. Perform diagnostic evaluations including specimen collection/processing, phlebotomy, and basic medical imaging procedures as required. Provide specialized care for patients with complex conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, infectious diseases, or those requiring hospice or palliative care. Support emergency response efforts by managing airway management, acute pain control, trauma care in Level I or Level II trauma centers, and emergency room procedures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and post-acute care strategies to optimize recovery outcomes. Educate patients and their families on health coaching topics like nutrition, medication management, chronic disease management, and family planning. Ensure compliance with all healthcare standards including NCQA standards and infection control protocols while maintaining accurate medical documentation.

Pay: $34.00-$36.00 per hour
