Job Description
Seeking a dependable Registered Practical Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis in providing premium patient care.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Prepare patients for procedure with the physician, checking the questionnaires on the EMR Document pain score, O2 stat, blood pressure, weight, height, history. Obtain patient history during initial consult is sent via email. Ensure drug screen to labs is and review to Upload faxes into patient charts Keep a neat and a tidy appearance of the facility, stock and rooms
Qualifications
:Registered Practical Nurse diploma from a recognized institution At least 1 year medical clinic or hospital experience. Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario Valid BLS Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to learn and work with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Ability to work as a team player, as well independently
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
