Your Responsibilities:

As a Casual RPN, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care, including:

Assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans in collaboration with the RN/Interdisciplinary Team. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Providing direct nursing care, managing acute/changing conditions, and ensuring accurate documentation. Supervising PSWs and maintaining a safe, clean environment according to standards.
Essential Hiring Requirements:

Candidates must meet all of the following mandatory criteria to be considered:

Credentials:

Current

Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) Diploma

and active registration with the

College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

.

Police Check:

A current and satisfactory

Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)

.

Health Screening:

Proof of current

Tuberculosis (TB) Screening

clearance.

Medical Clearance:

Completion of a

Pre-Employment Medical

clearance, including required immunization records.
