C-Care Health Services is looking for Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to be assigned to a

home setting in Scarborough area

.

Must be available to work overnights for 3-4 nights a week (11:00pm to 7:00am)

Scope and Responsibilities

Provide personalized nursing care to the client including but not limited to maintaining skin integrity, performing oral suctioning, etc. Assist client with repositioning to maintain comfort. Assist client with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, grooming and mobility. Collaborate with Client Care Coordinators for any changes with the client condition and medications. Provide any other direct nursing care according to the client's care plan.

Minimum Qualifications

Successful completion of a Practical Nursing Diploma program At least 1 year of experience as an RPN Certificate of Competence for Registered Practical Nurse from the CNO BLS or CPR (HCP) Certificate Good verbal and written English communication skills Experience with oral suctioning and NGT feeding preferred
