Summary

We are seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join our dynamic team at Help Now Healthcare. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in various environments, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care with compassion and professionalism. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Monitor and document patients' health status and progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Provide support to patients and their families regarding health management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Current registration as a Practical Nurse in Ontario or relevant province. Demonstrated experience in patient care, particularly in home or community settings. Knowledge of pain management techniques and case management principles. Experience working with children is an asset but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Pay: $32.00-$34.00 per hour
