Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Practical Nurse to join our team in the surrounding London Area. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to diverse patient populations, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings, including long-term care, retirement homes, and home care.

Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders. Monitor patient conditions and document progress meticulously. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Assist with patient assessments and record keeping. Maintain a compassionate approach while managing multiple priorities

Qualifications

Valid registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario.

Proven experience in community or home care environments.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient assessment. Experience with dementia, senior care, or hospice is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with electronic health records such as Epic or Cerner is an asset.'
