What You'll Be Doing:

As an RPN in the home care setting, you will:

Deliver nursing care as outlined in client care plans and clinical protocols Assist with medication management, wound care, personal care, and daily activities Review care instructions before visits and maintain accurate digital documentation Collaborate with care team members to ensure holistic, high-quality service Promote independence and comfort in a respectful, home-based environment Comply with all healthcare regulations and organizational policies

Qualifications:

Current RPN license in good standing Experience in community care, LTC, or similar healthcare environments is an asset Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Comfortable using mobile apps for check-ins and charting

Additional requirements (or willingness to obtain):

CPR certification (current) Vulnerable sector police check TB screening
