Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) 2025-28

to join our Nursing Care Unit (Medicine) team on a part-time basis. If you are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and are looking for a rewarding opportunity, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and patient-centered care to individuals and families. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about health management and prevention strategies. Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with healthcare standards and protocols.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Practical Nurse. Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
